<description>We would like to join Rochen affiliate network but we could find the form to fill. Our promote way is open and ethical as we never had any problem with any hosting company we are working with. Could you please get back to us?</description>

		<description>Hi Paul,

Thanks for your post.

The promo code from Joomla Day UK has expired now. However, follow us on Twitter &lt;a href=&quot;http://twitter.com/rochenhost&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;@rochenhost&lt;/a&gt; and we will release new promo codes exclusively for use with the UK service when it launches.

We will also have promotions for current customers who wish to take a second account to maintain both a US and UK presence.

		<description>Hi Lee,

Thanks for your comment. A good question!

We are not going to allow transfers from the US to UK service initially. You are however welcome to signup for a UK plan, transfer yourself over and then cancel your US account. Or keep both, we will be making available a special offer initially for clients who want to maintain accounts in both locations.

The reasons behind not allowing transfers are purely business. We could end up with lots of people moving over and filling up the UK infrastructure. This would mean Rochen has huge additional capital and recurring outlays without any additional revenue.

Eventually once we have the UK service turning a decent profit and the infrastructure scaled up further we will allow transfers.
